Our full-service solution ensures that your unique project meets your specifications. With our detailed 3D CAD blueprint manufacturing service, that is provided in-house by our engineering dept, your custom kiosk is mass manufactured to spec, with each element meeting the criteria specified and approved by the client before production.

Crafted Metalwork

Each of our custom kiosks are produced with maximum care and attention and continually inspected by our quality control team. Based on your unique design, our experienced, highly trained manufacturing teams use quality materials and internal components to bring it to life. Your kiosk solutions begin life at cutting and bending, continue to welding and polishing and then onto primer and powder coat finishes. Finally, they head to full component assembly and detailed testing and inspection.

Custom Design

Custom Design

Tell us your requirements and we will create a unique design – or multiple designs – that suits your needs. Every design we produce is bespoke to KT Group, ensuring you get something different. Alternatively, if speed is your priority, we do offer customisation of existing concepts.

Once your design is finalised, it’s handed to our in-house engineers who create the framework of what will become your custom kiosk terminal.

Rapid Prototyping

Prototype

Your prototype is constructed from the CAD drawing, so you can physically see how the kiosk is going to look and feel. It is fully-functional, allowing you to experience how it operates and allowing us to run thorough bug testing protocols.

Mass Manufacturing

Mass Production & Assembly

When you’re happy with the prototype, we move into full production and assembly, with the exterior of your kiosks being expertly welded and shaped before the electrical components are added. Every one of our custom terminals receive certification, such as CE, UL, and FCC, and a full technical manual.

Testing

Quality Control & Testing

Throughout the entire production process, we provide rigorous quality checks, ensuring that you get precisely what you ordered. Before any kiosks leave our plant, they are also subjected to advanced testing.
